Well we are all officially sick. Kyler has had it for about a week tomorrow. He started with sleeping a lot and snotty nose which turned into a bad cough. He went to the Dr last Tue as he started having a fever and I didn't like the sound of his cough. They said he had an ear infection... which really confused me since he has tubs but we got some antibiotic that way. He has been taking it since Tuesday night and seems to feel better but that cough won't go away. I'm debating that if he had is on Monday still I might call the Dr again. We don't need it venturing down in the lungs or anything.
Then the night before last Sheldon and I started getting sick. We have sinus congestion and soar throats. YUCK!!! I hope its gone by Monday.
We have had a long lazy boring day today. It has been sleeting and snowing out all day. Once again YUCK! SO will the sickness and the weather we are home bound. Not good for my diet as I like to cook and eat when I get board. I have refrained just for the fact I don't have the stuff to make cookies and that is what really sounds good.
Well don't have much else so I better go. Kyler is emptying drawers out!!! I see cotton balls all over the floor!!!

Pictures, Pictures, Pictures
I have not posted pictures in a while so here are a few over the last week or so. Kyler is getting to be such a little ham. I took the day off yesterday because the babysitter was going to be out of town and I have a few other things to do around the house. We had so much fun. The weather was so nice. We went on a walk and played outside some.
The other night we went over to a friends parents and they have a bottle calf. Kyler loved him. When we left he wanted to go see hime again. I told him he went night night. So all the way home he was saying MooMoo Night Night!
Here he was outside in his wagon last night. He loves beign out side... and there is that cheesy smile he has started.
Here he is out Grandma Shoney and Grandpa Terry's on his Tractor.

Mr Smarty Pants
Well Kyler has really started talking more and more this last week or so. He will answer you when you ask him something or about say anything you tell him to say. He knows about all his colors. If you ask him what color something is he will say Blue every time. But if you tell him to pick out the yellow or red or whatever he will pick the right one. We do this with our Easter eggs. He loves those things. He takes them everywhere. Yesterday the babysitter-Sash said he said all the colors for her when she ask him to. So it wont be long before he will tell you what color everything is.
He also counts to 10!!! Well kind of. You say one he says two, you say three he says four. Then he starts saying what you say for a little while after you say them like five, five, six, six, then you say seven he says eight, the you say nine he says TEN!!! He gets so excited. HE cracks me up about every other minute.
OH... and we think he might have an imaginary friend... BOBBY!! He has been saying Bobby the last few weeks. I ask Theresa(babysitter) if they talk about Bobby bearcat or what but she can't think of any thing they talk about with Bobby. A lot of times he says Bobbies. But he puts S's at the end of things a lot. So I don't know who this Bobby is? Last night he said "papa". We said wheres papa. He said Mimi. That is Sheldon's dad's cat's name. So we knew he was talking about that papa. Then he said puppies. Sheldon's dad also just go two puppies. We ask him where papa was? He said home. Then he said Sash. We said where is Sash? He said home. Then i ask where Chester was? that is what they call the babysitters husband. He jabbered something and I thought he said tractor. But Theresa said he probably said big truck because he has been hauling grain in the semi and she tells him Chester is in the big truck. Then I don't remember if he said Bobby or if I just ask Where is Bobby? He said home. I ask where does Bobby live? He said Sash. So I had to call Theresa today to let her know Bobby was at her house. I just don't know about this Bobby. He says it plain as day. I just keep thinking he is meaning something else but it sounds like Bobby but who knows.
Well better get to bed. TaTa for now.

Happy Friday the 13th!!
Well I use to not like Friday the 13th but since Kyler was born on a Friday the 13th I have came to like them. One more month and I will have a 2 year old!!! That is so crazy.
I hope this day gets better or this week ends better. I just have had a long bla week. If that makes since. I have had a head ache almost every day this week. I am starting to think I may need to go to the eye dr. Then to make this week even better I have to work tomorrow. Yuck! I wish it was 80 degrees out today... that would put me in a better mood I think.
So Kyler is loving the Easter Eggs. He has a basket at the babysitters that he plays with all day and one at home that he plays with all night. The other night I tried to get him to go in the kitchen with Sheldon so I could hide them... yeah right. He wouldn't give them up. I grabbed a handful and Sheldon took him in the kitchen kicking and screaming. So I hid about 6 real fast as he came running in the living room. HE LOVED IT!! He would see one then start squealing and run over and grab it and put it in his basket. Look out Easter Egg Hunters... we are getting practiced up! But even after that he didn't want to give them to me to hide again. Oh well. He will get it. We still have a whole month till Easter.
Kyler is also becoming a little dare devil. The babysitter called me yesterday and started out..."guess what your little dare devil did?" That's never good! He gets up in her bay window to watch cars go by. Well he decided he was going to jump down. I mean its not real high but he is pretty little. He must of twisted his ankle or something because he was kind of limping and wining about it. But he would walk and even run on it so we decided he wasn't really hurt... I think he was milking it for all it was worth. He never even said one peep about it last night nor limped on it. Little stinker!!

New hat... new boots!!
I got to go shopping in Kansas City this past weekend. We said it was for my birthday. I didn't spent TOO much!! I did get Kyler a new had and new rain boots. The boots are a little big but he will grow into them I'm sure. I wish they fit better he could of used them this week. It rained about all night I think. It was raining when I went to bed anyway.
He loved them. We also drug out some plastic Easter eggs this weekend. He likes to play with them. I can't wait to see him on Easter! Sheldon said he put a quarter in one last night and Kyler liked that. This morning he found a dime and put in one. He took it over to Kyler and told him to close his eyes. He clinched them shut for just a minute then they were wide open. He took it and shook it a little. Sheldon ask what was in it and he said "pennies!" He is really in to putting change in his piggy bank.

He cracks me up!!!
Sheldon had class tonight in St Joe so it was just Kyler and I. I got a kick out of him several times tonight. I got some pictures so here they are. They downloaded backwards from what I wanted them to but oh well.
We played in the tent tonight.
This was him when I got home last week. I brough him so beads from Louisiana. He loved them.

So when we got home tonight he wanted to take his pants off. I tried to talk him out of it but we all know... what Kyler wants Kyler gets. I kept telling him he would get cold.... he said HOT! So here he is with his pants off trying on shoes.
And the funnies part of tonight. I let him walk in the house from the car because I had my hands full... he kept wanting to step in the snow. He just said snow, snow... but it sound more like no, no. Then when we got in the house I told him to take his shoes off. So he did. He listens sometimes. While he was doing that I was in the kitchen. He brough them in to me but they were kind of dripping from the snow. So i told him to go put them by the door. So he did...
Oh my he is a silly boy. Tonight we were also pointing out body parts. We pointed to our noes, eyes, teeth... then I ask where his ears were. He pointed to one, then the other and said "two." He is getting so smart!!! However he won't say one or three... just two. Everythign is two or blue!! I mean everything. But it's like he knows what two means. He will say two lots of times when there are actually two things he is talking about.

WOW... its been a while. I was gone most of last week on a trip for work. I had to go to San Antonio for a conference. Man was the weather nice down there. It was 80's a couple days. I had to go shopping and find me some flip flops to wear. I can't wait for spring and summer.
Kyler has been doing good. I think he missed me while I was gone but him and dad had fun. Not much new going one. He is growing and doing more then I could ever imagine. I do have one quick story. Last night he wanted to play with Sheldon's keys. And we all know Kyler gets what Kyler wants...(or he throws a fit!). So he was playing with them and I remember seeing him with them. Well this morning Sheldon ask if I knew what Kyler did with his keys. I couldn't even remember where I last seen him with them. So I set Kyler down and said..."do you know where daddy's keys are for his car?" He ran right over to his crate thing full of books. Stuck his little hand down in there and pulled them out. How in the world did he remember he put them there? I am very glad he did though. I don't know when we would have found them.
He did get a hair cut on Saturday. I will have to take some pictures tonight and try to post them. Hope everyone is doing good. Better get back to work. Lunch is over! Hopefully I will be back sooner this time.
